<div>Providing New and Innovative Messaging and Collaboration Capabilities with Microsoft Exchange 2007</div>
<div><strong></strong> </div>
<div><strong>Client Profile:<br></strong>Intercon Security is the leading supplier and servicer of highly specialized, integrated security products and solutions to major corporations and government agencies with branches and service offices across Canada.</div>
<div> </div>
<div><strong>Challenge:</strong><br>With ongoing concerns over the reliability of its ageing Lotus Domino messaging system and user demands for better messaging features and capabilities, Intercon determined that it was time to invest in a new messaging infrastructure.</div>
<div> </div>
<div><strong>Solution:<br></strong>Intercon decided to migrate its users to Microsoft Exchange Server (Exchange) 2007. In order to ensure a smooth migration to Exchange, Intercon hired Team Technologies to augment its internal migration team and provide guidance and expertise on the project. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>Team Technologies worked closely with Intercon’s migration team to set up the coexistence between Lotus Domino and Exchange while users were migrated over. Team Technologies also helped to plan and implement a reliable infrastructure across multiple locations and provide knowledge transfer on the deployment of Outlook to users so that Intercon could complete the migration of more than 500 corporate email users using its own internal team members. <br></div></div>
