Business Systems Analyst

The successful candidate will have a University degree, combined with 5+ years of relevant business and technical consulting experience. You will be required to demonstrate a high level of expertise with Internet and intranet technology, with an emphasis on web-based business applications, portal and web content management technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Development groups to compile functional and technical specifications. This includes gathering and refining requirements, and adjudicating differences between business and technical needs.
• Must grow and maintain industry knowledge by staying abreast of latest trends and innovations.
• Responsible for identifying industry solutions to fulfill business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to identify solutions to technical development issues.
• Identify, research & validate innovative solutions applying the concepts of appropriate methodologies.
• May perform highest level of analysis and be required to ensure appropriate implementation of methodology.

Requirements:

• 5+ years technology industry experience, ideally in a business/process measurement setting.
• 3+ years of experience in a business, technical, or systems analysis role including generation of business requirements, functional specifications, and/or technical specifications.
• Technical 4-yr degree.
• Proper etiquette and competency in writing, documenting, and communicating throughout the lifecycle of projects.
• Familiar with software lifecycle methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, possesses a high degree of flexibility, and works well with others in a team capacity.
• Must take initiative and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Java Developer

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
• At least 5 years of Java development experience (EJB, JSP, JDBC, JNI, RMI, Servlets, XML, XSL).
• At least 3 years of experience with J2EE technologies.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Studio and Rational Rose.
• Experience with web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL).
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
• Object-oriented and Unified Modeling Language (UML) knowledge and experience.
• Structured and disciplined application and object-oriented development methodology.
• Java Programmer certificate or higher.
• A quality mindset, writing JUnit test cases and providing good documentation.
• Demonstrate effectiveness as a contributor in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of software development process and product life cycles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

NET Developer

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related.
• At least 5 years of Microsoft software development experience (C#, Visual Studio, ASP.NET)
• At least 3 years of experience with .NET Framework
• Experience with SQL Server 2000 or higher
• Experience with XML and XLST
• Relevant Microsoft certification (MCAD or similar)
• Demonstrate effectiveness as a contributor in a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of software development process and product life cycles. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
